Subscriptions

The "Seasons" yarn club is a monthly subscription payment plan with yarn sent to you every other month.  When you sign up, you will be charged the monthly fee of $25.50 ($31.50/Canada and $35.50/International) and then every 30 days for a total of twelve payments.  You will be charged automatically through paypal. 

Every other month you will receive a mailing of Sundara Yarn.  Mailing contents will be:

June 20: 1 skein silk lace
August 20:  1 skein sock yarn
October 20:  1 skein fingering silky merino
December 19:  1 skein sock yarn
February 20:  1 skein sock yarn
April 20: 3 skeins aran silky merino

Sundara Yarn reserves the right to swap one mailing for another if need be.

Colors

Rather than sending everybody the exact same color of yarn each mailing, you get to choose which of the four color groupings, Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, you'd like to get.

Spring - soft colors, edging toward pastels but with a sophisticated bent.  Emphasis on yellows, greens, blues or pinks.  Examples of past yarn Sundara has dyed that would fall into this category:

"Blossom over Snow" aran silky merino

"Sour Apple over Sage" sock yarn

"Dogwood" silk lace

Summer - brighter and truer colors, nothing muddy or dark, an emphasis on reds, blues, greens, purples and pinks.   Examples of past yarn Sundara has dyed that would fall into this category:

"Denim over Ice" aran silky merino

"Grape over Light Peony" sock yarn

"Claret over Cherry" silk lace

Autumn - warm, fall colors with some complexity, an emphasis on browns, greens, reds and oranges.  Examples of past yarn Sundara has dyed that would fall into this category:

"Coffee over Copper" aran silky merino

"Bartlett Pear" sock yarn

"Crimson over Wine" sock yarn

Winter - darker and stronger colors with a bit of mystery, emphasis on darker blues, blacks, violets and wines.  Examples of past yarn Sundara has dyed that would fall into this category:

"Steel over Violet" aran silky merino

"Black over Cherry" sock yarn

"Charcoal over Silver" silk lace

Our apologies, but it isn't possible to change seasons part-way through the subscription.  But, if you decide to sign up for two or more subscriptions, your mailings will be combined and your shipping costs for one of the subscriptions will be refunded.

Terms
Subscription is for 12 months.  You will be charged when you subscribe and then every 30 days for twelve months total.  Payment is through paypal and you will need a paypal account to subscribe.  If your monthly charge is denied, Sundara Yarn will cancel your subscription and send you no further yarn.  All yarn is nonrefundable.

Also, please note that in order for us to get the first batch of yarn ready for mailing, we need some time after the subscription sign-ups have closed.  If you sign up early in April, with the way paypal sets up subscriptions, you will be charged 3 times before receiving any yarn.  You'll finish up paying for the subscription before receiving the last mailing, so it balances out.
